How do I maintain a synthetic grass lawn?
- Simply rake, blow or vacuum any leaf matter or debris
- Pet’s urine and droppings can be hosed through to the sand backing, where it will break down naturally
What if there are any stains, spills or damages?
- Our synthetic grass, made from Tencate yarn with a double polyethylene and polypropylene backing, is very resistant to staining
- Any spills should be promptly cleaned, however any damaged area can be replaced
Is it safe for children and pets?
All components, from the yarns used in the turf to the backings, coatings and glue are entirely non-toxic and safe for children and pets
What is the warranty?
All of our synthetic grass has a manufacturer limited warranty of 8 years against fading and sun damage and should last in excess of twenty years under normal use
Can I purchase synthetic turf and install it myself?
Yes you can! We provide a DIY kit that includes turf, pins and joining tape.
Please be aware that the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover incorrect installation. For the best results and greater peace of mind, we recommend using one of our qualified installers. All of our work comes with a 12 month installation warranty (subject to normal use)
